Please be advised there will be a $150 cancellation fee for any order cancelled after the title search has been completed as a result of the buyer/borrower selecting to work with another title insurance company. If there is a property inspection, we will not complete the title search until the buyer/borrower or their agent confirm that inspections are complete and any/all inspection issues have been resolved. A member of our team will reach out to both your real estate agent and mortgage lender (if applicable) to introduce our company and provide them with the necessary contact information for our company. The Buyer/borrower also confirms that they have informed their agent and/or lender that they have selected ALT to provide both title insurance and settlement services for the above referenced transaction.
