Title Insurance Processor
We are seeking a Title Insurance Processor who will assist with preparing title insurance commitments, seller’s settlement documents and other various related tasks. In this role, you will assure that the documents are prepared with a high level of efficiency, which demands diligent proof reading and attention to detail. Tasks include completing and reviewing title insurance related forms and applications, organizing documents and records, and preparing and distributing electronic documents for timely submission.
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: up to 24 hours per week
Location: Work from home
This is perfect for someone looking for a part time position and a flexible schedule. After some in office training, this position is purely a work-from-home on your own schedule job. No conference calls, no meetings.
The ideal candidate is:
- Dependable and thorough
- Independent and enjoys working with limited direction
- Handles pressure well and maintains composure in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of experience in the title insurance industry
- Proficient with the essential computer and internet skills necessary to access and process documents and check records
- Proficient with Title Express, our title software
- High school or GED certificate (required)
