Title Insurance and Much More!
We've Got it All Covered!
When you hire ALT to provide title insurance for your residential real estate purchase, we will be managing your settlement process and conducting your closing too. And it’s all included in the one-time title insurance premium that you pay at settlement. Our process makes it unnecessary to pay an additional fee for similar settlement services offered by a real estate broker/agent or their in-house service providers.
We encourage you to shop around and compare settlement services and fees. In fact, federal law is clear that real estate brokers must notify consumers in writing that they are not required to utilize the ancillary settlement services provided by their company/agent or their preferred settlement services provider as a condition of purchasing real estate.
