Associates Land Transfer Company, LLC (ALT Title), founded in 2002,
is Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agency.

Our staff has over 75 years of combined experience, and over 10,000 closed transactions in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate.

We are an independent title insurance/settlement services company, which means we do not participate in any “affiliated business arrangements” or “profit sharing arrangements” with real estate brokers, agents or lenders. These arrangements end up costing the end consumer more money in unnecessary fees.

No Junk Fees

As an independent title insurance/settlement services company, we avoid any conflicts of interest and keep our costs low.  Rather than pay out profit distributions, we pass the savings on to you.

We Settle Anywhere

We conduct settlement at the date, time and location of your choice, even if out of town or after normal business hours.  One of our experienced closers will attend your settlement.

*A mobile settlement fee of $225 will apply to transactions less than $100,000, unless settlement takes place in our office during business hours.

Peace of Mind

We can review your agreement of sale before you sign it, and review your lender documents prior to settlement at no extra charge.  Or should a legal issue arise during the course of your transaction, we have a real estate attorney on staff, and the first hour of consultation is complimentary.

ALT was one of the first companies to offer their customers an online title insurance calculator that details not only the title insurance premium, but all of the lender required endorsements, CPL, miscellaneous fees, county recording fees and transfer taxes.

We’re proud to offer veterans a $100 credit at closing through our Veterans Program, to members of the U.S. Armed Forces, as our way of saying “thank you” for your service.
